Most WordPress projects don't fail on code. They fail on unclear scope, inflated quotes, and decisions made without enough information. I've spent years on the other side of those decisions, building themes and plugins, managing products at scale, and running my own studio, so I know what work should cost and how long it should honestly take.
I also trained in law before moving into the web, and running a business of my own taught me to respect a budget. That mix means the advice you get covers the whole picture: technical, commercial, and contractual. Clarity before you spend, not after.
